Welcome to Holy Communion
13th May 2018
The Seventh Sunday of Easter
Andy says he is missing us all during his stay in Egrement Ward Royal Sussex County Hospital. Please pray for him and his recovery.
On Thursday 17th I will take the interment service of Betty Deller at 2.30pm at Telscombe Church.
On the 20th May Pentecost Sunday there will be a fire drill at the end of our service. Some bright spark! suggested this as a good Sunday to be prepared for fire.
Big Church Day Out
Having now consulted with Priscilla the offer of the BBQ for anyone attending would be at our Caravan on the site at 5.30pm (one day tickets are on sale on the BCDO website) Please let us know if you are coming and we will give you directions to our Caravan.
We have been offered the facility of a free 16 seater mini bus (14 if mobility aids used) This could be at very short notice and will probably take the form of mystery tour. If you are interested, please put your names on the list on the notice board. It is important that you have signed your data protection forms as we cannot contact you without them. Please note that if numbers are higher than 16 we will endeavour to allocate seats to different people the next time it is available. If you have any questions, please speak to Kathleen Ross.
Thinking ahead Healing Service
17th of June at 6.30pm is our next healing service, put it in the diary and think about who you could invite to it.
In line with new Data Protection legislation we will as a church seek to do what is right which means all of us who attend the church can opt into being part of a data protection agreement. This enables us to legally hold what we have for many people: Name Address Telephone numbers and email address if you have one. A couple of weeks ago our Church Warden Debbie informed us further and handed out the relevant Data Protection Agreement form. Please make sure you hand back these forms signed and with all boxes ticked.
Mark is Licensed!
A big thank you to all who came to this special service for Mark and Becca. So good to have Mark now as our Associate Vicar.

If you are a UK taxpayer, we can claim gift aid on any giving that you may make to the church. This means that for every £1 you give we can claim 25p back from the government. If you would like to make regular donations and gift aid them, please sign up to our weekly envelope scheme. For more information about this please speak to either Debbie or Robin
Word for today
